On September 17,2011, nine CACA members volunteered at the World Vision Storehouse. Their shift started at 10 a.m. and ended at 2 p.m. On that day, the storehouse had a distribution event in which K-6TH grade teachers were invited to the storehouse to receive free/donated supplies for their classrooms. Supplies varied from seeds for a garden to bookshelves and desks for their classes. Some of the tasks that the volunteers did include restocking shelves with school supplies, managing waste i.e. breakdown cardboard boxes, assisting the teacher to their car, and helping the teachers load the materials.
